Tweak Photos from Tweaking is designed to make batch image editing quick and effectual on your Mac. It automates your repetitive and predictable actions on your Collection of Photos in NO time. You can perform operations like Batch renaming, image format conversion, batch resizing, watermarking and logos addition, Texturing and framing etc., in just a single click. Tweak Photos is the most efficient tool that gives you ample amount of time to bring out your creativity.

Tweak Photos allows the user to add a batch of photos in a single click. It offers you various options to add photos selectively, or add multiple folders together or smartly select photos based on their original date/time. In addition you can also add iPhoto or Photos library to your Batch. Photos are quickly imported in the application and would let you see thumbnails of all the added photos. You can also remove the photos from the batch. Follow the steps mentioned below:


1. Click on Add Photos option from the Add Photos screen. You can also choose from various other options depending on your need.

2. Choose the Photos from the desired location and click on OPEN button to proceed.

3. You can monitor the Photo adding progress from here. You can also STOP in case required.

4. All the Photos as added will be displayed as THUMBNAILS. You can check the EXIF Info of the photos from here.

5. Click on SELECT BATCH EFFECTS button to begin BATCH EDITING.

Resizing images to smaller dimensions becomes quite necessary when we need to share them via email or upload them to some location. Tweak Photos allows you to resize mass of images with simple settings and that too in a single go. After adding the Photos to your Batch, click on SELECT BATCH EFFECTS button to proceed to next step of Batch Editing.


1. Goto RESIZE option from the Left sidebar

2. The Photo in preview will reflect the changes as per the batch effect selected.

3. Customize the resize options as per your requirement (By pixel or By percentage).

4. Click on ADD TO BATCH button to apply the resize settings to the entire Batch of photos.

The resize batch step as added will be reflected in the right sidebar, from where you will be able to manage it (edit, remove or change layer order).

Image format conversion is yet another challenge that you might have faced when you need to convert the format of a large number of images. Tweak Photos offers you the most efficient way to convert photos to png, jpg, bmp, jpg2, tif & gif. You can also compress and manage the quality of photos in all file formats. Compressing batch of photos has never been quicker. After adding the Photos to your Batch, click on SELECT BATCH EFFECTS button to proceed to next step of Batch Editing.


1. Goto ‘Batch Conversion’ option from the Left sidebar.

2. Select the format from the available formats for batch format conversion.

3. You can also control the compression & quality of the image formats.

4. The preview of the format conversion can also be viewed from the New Photo Path.

Tweak Photos has various Batch options that can be applied on the batch of images together with ease. One of the popular options is to print the date on the photos. Tweak Photos can imprint the original date/time, modified date/time and custom date/time in different formats with ease. After adding the Photos to your Batch, click on SELECT BATCH EFFECTS button to proceed to next step of Batch Editing.


1. Goto ADD DATE option from the left sidebar

2. Click on ADD DATE button to create a Date control on the preview.

3. Customize the date format as per your choice from the available settings.

4. Click on ADD EFFECT button to apply the settings to the entire Batch of photos.

5. The “Add Date” batch step as added will be reflected in the right sidebar, from where you will be able to manage it (edit, remove or change layer order).

Watermarking and adding logo to your photos helps you prevent your photos from being copied online. Tweak Photos has a simple yet interactive Watermark tool that helps you do this. After adding the Photos to your Batch, click on SELECT BATCH EFFECTS button to proceed to next step of Batch Editing.


1. Goto ADD TEXT option from the left sidebar.

2. Click on ADD TEXT button to create a TEXT control on the preview.

3. Customize the text format as per your choice from the available settings and set the opacity.

4. Click on ADD TO BATCH button to apply the settings to the entire Batch of photos.

5. You can also add your logo or add any image of your choice from ADD IMAGE option from the left sidebar.

6. Simply browse the image you wish to add to your batch

7. Customize as per your requirement.

8. Click on ADD EFFECT button to apply the settings to the entire Batch of photos.

The batch steps as added will be reflected in the right sidebar, from where you will be able to manage them (edit, remove or change layer order).

There are times when you are dealing with thousands of photos every day. Renaming them is a tedious job. But not anymore! Tweak Photos comes with a detailed RENAMING tool that allows you to customize and rename a batch of photos in just a few simple steps.

After adding the Photos to your Batch, click on SELECT BATCH EFFECTS button to proceed to next step of Batch Editing.


1. Goto ‘Batch Conversion’ option from the Left sidebar.

2. Select option: “Edit Original File Name”.

3. There are many options to rename the files as per your choice. Completely rename the filename, add string, or add increment number, add date or remove substring etc.

4. Changes in the filename can be previewed under New Photo Path. Here you will also be able to monitor any error or warning before the actual process begins.

Tweak Photos allows you to evaluate the errors and warnings that might occur during batch process much before the actual process takes place. The PREVIEW section of Tweak Photos smartly displays the errors that can occur due to Duplicate file names, File not available or Files already exists at destination folder. These errors can be quickly rectified in order to perform a flawless batch process.

Yes, Tweak Photos supports importing images from iPhoto and Photos library both. You can add the entire library and perform Batch Operation on the photos as present in the library. The Output photos are saved at the separate destination folder.


1. Click on Add iPhoto/Photos Library option from the Add Photos screen.

2. Choose the iPhoto/Photos library and click on ADD PHOTOS LIBRARY button to proceed.

Tweak Photos supports multiple layer management. You will be able to Edit, Remove and Enable or Disable the Batch Effect layer as added on the Batch. Each Batch Effect as added creates a separate layer and that layer can be separately edited. After adding the Photos to your Batch, click on SELECT BATCH EFFECTS button to proceed to next step of Batch Editing.

1. The batch steps as added will be reflected in the right sidebar, from where you will be able to manage them.

2. Select the Batch Step from the right sidebar to enter in the EDIT MODE.

3. Click on REMOVE icon to remove the Batch Step layer from the batch.

4. Click on the checkbox to enable/disable the Batch layer.

5. Click on the arrows to move the position of the Batch Step layers and view the impact in the preview area.
